Analysis tool : Alerts and follow-up

User guide for the analysis of alerts and follow-ups

1. Access the "Analysis" tab in the navigation menu on the left of your screen.



2. Click on "Open tab", then on "New analysis" to start configurating an analysis. Otherwise, choose "Saved analysis" to access a previously saved analysis. If you select "Saved analysis", you can skip to step #5.



3. Select the "Alert and follow ups" type of analysis.



4. In the options menu on the left of your screen, choose the organization you wish to analyze. You can select a specific school or your CS/CSS to analyze all of your schools. Then, choose your range, days and hours of your desired analysis.



5. Click on "Launch analysis" to generate the report.



6. For each room, check the number of alerts, the number of follow ups and the date of the last launch.

Click on a room to see a graph of the alerts in the time range with the detailed history of alerts and follow ups.

Take note that the option to export in an Excel format will soon be available.

7. Finally, you can save the configuration of your analysis by clicking on the "Save" button in the top right of your screen. This function allows you to save the settings of the analysis so it can be quickly and repeatedly launched. Refer to step #2 of this guide to access a saved analysis.
