User guide on the analysis tool and the export of data and statistics reports
1. Go to the Analysis tab in the navigation menu on the left of the screen.
2. Click on "Open tab", then on "New analysis" to start configurating an analysis. Otherwise, select "Saved analysis" to access a previously saved analysis configuration. If you pick "Saved analysis", you can skip to step #7.
3. Select the analysis type "Data statistics".

4. In the options menu on the left of the screen, choose the organization to analyze. To analyze all your schools, select your CS/CSS, for example 762000. Then, choose the range, the days and hours of your desired analysis.
5. Select a type of average.
Take note, that the type of average mainly influences the maximum and minimum values of the analysis. In the case of the MEQ project, it is recommanded to use the daily average.
You can take a look at the annex for a description of the 4 different averages.
6. By clicking on "Add" below "Sort by threshold", it is possible to change the default values. To add, when the analysis is completed, the sort section allows you to display and export specific rooms in function of the thresholds selected.
7. Click on "Launch analysis" to generate the report.
8. Check the results in the web interface or click on the "Export" button in the top right of the screen to export the report as an xlsx file (Excel).
If the download of the report does not start, check in the upper right corner of your web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc) that pop ups aren't blocked. In that case, click on the icon, then authorize the pop up. Then, click on export again.
9. Finally, you can save your analysis' configuration by clicking on the "Save" button in the top right of your screen. This function allows you to save the settings of your analysis, so you can launch it quickly and repeatedly. Refer to step #2 of this guide to access a saved analysis.
