If necessary, you can do a reset of the "RESET" type of the UG65 internet gateway easily. Here are the steps to follow :
1) Remove the white back cover under the gateway using a scewdriver;
2) With the help of a paperclip or any other pointy object, press et hold the "RESET" button for 10 seconds;
3) Wait 2 minutes for the gateway to go through it's first reset cycle;
4) Repeat the steps 2 and 3 once more;
5) Look to see if the "POWER", "STATUS" and "LoRa" lights are turned on on the front of the device.
